Rental Policy

Clause 1 : All rentals are figured on a 3 day period from the day the costume(s) and/or item(s) are rented out.

Clause 2 : All rentals are calculated whether costume(s) and/or item(s) is/are used or not as long as 1) taken out from the boutique and /or 2) upon receive for online customers .

Clause 3 : Additional rental will be charged for each late day returned at the rental rate.

Clause 4 : The hirer shall keep the costume(s) and/or item(s) in good condition as rented and is responsible for replacing any damage or loss that may occur to them.

Clause 5 : No costume(s) and/or item(s) shall be altered without the written consent of ‘Costumes ‘N’ Parties’ hereinafter known as the owner.

Clause 6 : Any temporary alterations made to a costume(s) and/or item(s) will need to be removed and restored to its original condition before you return or ship the item back. Failure to do so will result in a S$25.00 charge per item.

Iron or adhesive tape is NOT allowed. Use of iron on or adhesive tape may result in a charge up to the full cost of the costume(s) and/or item(s)

Clause 7 : The amount charged to replace, repair or to do extra laundry is separate from the rental fee.

Clause 8 : The owner shall be entitled to utilise the deposit towards outstanding rental and/or the replacement of costume(s) and/or item(s) or to do extra laundry if required.

Clause 9 : If costume(s) and/or item(s) are not returned or are returned damaged there will be a charge for the full replacement cost of the costume(s) and/or item(s)

Reasonable wear to the costume(s) and/or item(s) is/are to be expected and accepted. Damage is considered to have occurred by: tearing, burning, cutting, excessive make-up, removal of buttons, medallions, badges or other kinds of trim. Knee slides are NOT to be performed while in costume(s).

Clause 10 : If costume(s) and/or item(s) require(s) additional laundry a minimum charge of $25.00 laundry fee will be imposed. Any other charge will be advised & determined by the owner.

Clause 11 : Costume(s) and/or item(s) which are lost or damaged by negligence while in your possession or by improper packing for return orders/shipment will be charged at the replacement cost.

Clause 12 : Rented costume(s) and/or item(s) must be returned to us on or before the date showing on email receipt, you can return the package to the following address:

Clause 13 : All costume(s) and/or item(s) must be shipped back dry. If packaged wet they will become moldy and you the customer will be charged the purchase price.

Clause 14 : All rental(s) will be forfeited if no claim of the costume(s) and/or item(s) on collection day for showroom customers.
